A clear, supported pathway from your first enquiry to a full recovery — wherever you're travelling from.
Get in touch and tell us about your condition. After introductions, you can safely share any medical reports, imaging (X-rays, MRI/CT scans) or specialist letters you already have — this helps our team understand your case from the very first contact. Our international patient coordinator usually responds within one business day.
One of our specialists reviews your records to confirm you are a suitable candidate for treatment. If we need further tests or information, we'll let you know. Once your case is reviewed, we send you a clear treatment plan and an estimated cost, with no hidden fees.
Your patient coordinator helps you plan the practical side of your visit — flights into Málaga, airport transfers to Lucena, and accommodation recommendations for you and anyone travelling with you. We'll also confirm your pre-operative assessment date.
On arrival, you'll have a final in-person consultation and any remaining pre-operative tests, so your surgical team has everything they need before your procedure. This is also your chance to ask any question you might still have.
Your procedure is carried out by your consultant surgeon under strict safety protocols. Depending on the treatment, you'll stay in hospital for a short period afterwards, supported by our nursing team and, where relevant, guided physiotherapy to get you moving safely again.
Before you fly home, your surgeon confirms you are fit to travel and gives you clear aftercare instructions. Our team stays in touch after your return, offering remote follow-up and liaising with your local doctor or physiotherapist whenever it's helpful.
